Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled by JuntosSeguroscom.com was removed in error, you may submit a Counter-Notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its original location on the website.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, JuntosSeguroscom.com may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent further use of the content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our policies, JuntosSeguroscom.com will terminate the accounts and access of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove or disable content at our discretion to maintain compliance with copyright law.

No Waiver

Failure by JuntosSeguroscom.com to respond immediately to a DMCA notice does not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce intellectual property protections.
